Welcome

My Biography

I have over 20 years of experience as a Technical Trainer.  In addition to my technical training skills, I have experience in managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to final implementation and customer training.  Also, I am familiar with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) which is a set of practices for IT service management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business.

The majority of my work experience has been with law firms such as DLA Piper LLP so I have extensive experience with law firm-specific applications.  I have experience working for the Federal Government, working directly for the U.S. Secret Service and Social Security Administration, and as a contractor for the U.S. Marshals Service.

Currently, I work for Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland as the Coordinator, Technology Training . I am responsible for coordinating, designing, developing and implementing training related to enterprise systems and applications. Before I began working at PGCC, I was a freelance IT Consultant working with clients such as Blank Rome LLP and Crowell & Moring LLP.
